Sport may be chosen as a cross discipline unit option throughout a Degree course and on certain Masters courses. This is in no way obligatory (except at an I.E.P' or an I.U.T')
First YEAR OF A DEGREE COURSE (semesters 1 and 2)
Second YEAR OF A DEGREE COURSE (semesters 3 and 4)
Third YEAR OF A DEGREE COURSE (semesters 5 and 6)
MASTERS First YEAR (semesters 7 and 8)
MASTERS Second YEAR
IMPORTANT NOTE
No exemption from sport is possible. In the case of a prolonged absence, contact your instructor or the sports office to agree a catch-up plan. Two absences per semester may be tolerated, with or without justification (See SUAPS attendance regulations).
- Grading of the sport cross discipline unit in the semester 4 (2nd year of the course)
- Possibility of starting a sport cross discipline unit as of the 1st semester of the first year
- Two semesters out of the four possible are obligatory in order to obtain credit
- Grading of the sport cross discipline unit = average of the two best out of four possible results.
Second YEAR OF A DEGREE COURSE (semesters 3 and 4)
- Grading of the sport cross discipline unit in semester 4
- If no sport option is taken in the first year, the option will become compulsory in semesters 3 and 4 in order for the module to be graded in semester
- If the sport option is taken in the first year, the student may then opt for either semester 3 and/or semester 4
- Grading of the sport cross discipline unit = average of the two best out of four possible results
Third YEAR OF A DEGREE COURSE (semesters 5 and 6)
- Grading of the sport cross discipline unit in semester 6.
- Sport obligatory in both semesters. Average of the two results used for grading.
MASTERS First YEAR (semesters 7 and 8)
- Grading of the sport cross discipline unit in semester 8.
- Sport obligatory in both semesters. Average of the two results used for grading.
MASTERS Second YEAR
- Sport as an extra-curricular activity
